Miguel arrived at exactly the beginning of the time window I was given. He took his time to diagnose the problem, explain it to me plainly and give me options to choose from for repairs. As the repairs were about done, my garage door opener itself failed catastrophically. He quickly let me know again what my options were, never pushing me to the most expensive one. What began as a repair wound up being what turned out to be a near full system replacement that was probably about 5 or 10 years overdue!

Quick to respond and fix our issue we had. We had a door that got hit by a lightning storm in March and we could not use our app to open it any longer. The company who installed it originally would never get back with us on cost to replace the mother board they said needed to be replaced. We decided to look elsewhere and called Precision. They sent out technicians within 3 hours of our call and had a solution for us within 15 minutes and now we have remotes and can open both bay doors with the remotes and didn't have to spend thousands to get it working. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable and professional and worked well together making our choosing Precision as our go to company for any future garage door issues. We recommend them highly.

Most could schedule a technician within 24 hours, but Precision Garage Door was able to send someone out the same evening. After inspecting the door, the technician discovered additional issues, including frayed cables and worn bearings. Very pleased with our service from Precision Garage Door Service. Teagan arrived on time and assured us we did not need to replace garage doors/mechanisms. Another local company had been servicing us for years and they constantly told us everything that was wrong and charged inflated prices because they were the only show in town until Precision arrived in Norman. Very pleased to know we are with the right company and technician. Teagan fixed all the problems that were left undone (in order to contact "other" company again and again) and our 2 garage doors are smooth and quiet. Springs replaced, shafts corrected and bolts replaced. Awesome friendly service!
